Dr. Emily Carter is an internationally recognized academic leader and digital education specialist with over 15 years of experience working across the United States, Europe, and Asia in the fields of educational technology and IT training. With a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of California and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh, she brings a global perspective and deep expertise to her role as the Principal of DigitalHITE IT School.

Her career has been devoted to transforming traditional learning into engaging, skill-based, and industry-ready education. At DigitalHITE, Dr. Carter is leading the vision of creating a world-class IT school in Nepal that empowers students with the tools, mindset, and confidence to thrive in the global tech arena.
